  Rip off artists. Terrible food and hang up on customer when they complain they got the wrong order!!! Dont go there. Drive to armstrong or salmon arm

  The owner is a very kind lady. I arrived for my order early so she jumped up from her work to go help the cook to get my order out right away. They give you a lot of food for the price and as far as chinese food goes its very good here. I dont care for chinese food at many places these days since ownership and cooks have been changing but will continue to come to Lucky Garden!

  One of the worst experiences I've ever had. My wife and I were the only customers in the restaurant. My wife ordered the "D" combo for one. She loved the food up until she found a hair. When my wife asked to get a new plate made because she found the hair, the owner tried to make it seem like it was my wife's hair even though said hair was buried under the beef chop suey. So after having sorted that out we had to ask for another plate. Now the second arrived and the rice was burnt and the meat was still uncooked. When asked about it the owner got defensive and basically said we're the first to complain. After implying that I would not be paying for my wife's plate due to the above reasons she got angry and told us never to return and calling us horrible names and insinuating that we are poor and did all this to get free food. All the while I still paid for my plate because I had no issues. Prior my wife was saying "we'll have to come back when she's not so rushed (because it was close to closing.) But after this never again. Mainly because she barred us from returning for simply stating that there were things wrong with my wife's food. If I could give zero stars I really wood. She told us to F off and called my wife the C word. Worst experience I've ever had.

  Good food and great service. A family run business with a little gift shop section. Good Chinese food. There's a western style food section as well. Service is excellent.
