  It's a fantastic quite place to come golf and ski on the lake in the summer. The food is good and it's a nice place to dine.

  Very nice campground. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was older but still in OK shape. The showers were surprisingly nice - clean and hot water. Since the lake levels are at a historical high, we didn't use the marina. Overall a great experience.

  We got married here in July of this year and it was an incredible experience. Many of the guests arrived on Tuesday and we were able to enjoy a few days ahead of the wedding golfing, boating, swimming, and relaxing around the resort. We rented some golf carts for the week so we were easily able to cruise around the various areas and the came in very handy with the babies and toddlers. What a beautiful setting for a wedding. We had the ceremony on the end of the runway (which the owners closed for us to use) overlooking the lake and it made for some amazing photos. We had rented various accommodations including a house, condos, cabins, and camping for the people coming to the wedding depending on their preference and everything worked out great. We had a lot of fun down at the cabins (maybe too much one night) Sorry Terry... We had our wedding reception on the patio at the golf clubhouse and it worked out perfectly. Nice and sunny! Thanks to Ashley for all her hard work as well as Eleanor and Ken. I would definitely recommend visiting Mabel Lake and if your looking for an amazing wedding location look no further.

  Things they do right - The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices at the store are more then reasonable when they could gouge you because of the distance away from any thing. The cabins are well stocked and homey and the views are breath taking. Things they could do better - The beds could be more comfortable for sure. The WiFi could be better for a relatively small investment and they could not charge for public showers. I very much look forward to coming here every year. My biggest complaint is that I wish I could stay longer

  Mabel Lake is a fantastic place to spend your summer vacation. The atmosphere is wonderful, it's close to the golf course, the swim area is protected, and the staff really care about you having a great trip. They have a campground wide dinner once a week which is a must do! The marina is top of the line and out of all the lakes I have ever been on Mabel Lake is the greatest!!
